Large luxurious beachside apartment built to a very high specification with video entry system. The apartments have remote controlled air conditioning/heating and has a large lounge/dining area with seating for 4/6 and has extras such as wide screen satellite tv (including all BBC channels), dvd players together with wide selection of up to date dvd's, cd player/radio.
The kitchens arefully fitted with granite worktops, built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer.

There are two marbled bathrooms both with a bath, power shower and bidet.The master bathroom also has a jacuzzi bath. The bedrooms are a good size with fitted wardrobes and a safe is fitted within the master bedroom.
Underground car parking via remote control electric gates. Superbly fitted to a very high standard. Located beachside and only a short walk from many restaurants and shops. Also the world famous Puerto Banus is only 2km from the apartment.
